Ingrédients
4 eggs
100 ml of sugar
100 ml cornstarch
50 ml of flour
1 packet of yeast
1 packet of vanilla sugar
25 ml of very hot water
Recipe
Preheat your oven to 200°.
In a bowl, put the sugar and the egg yolks. Whisk to lighten.
Add the cornstarch, the flour, the baking powder, the vanilla sugar. Mix well with the water
Beat the egg whites until stiff
Mix everything together, gently by folding
Cover the baking sheet with well-buttered parchment paper and pour the mixture on top
Put in the oven, hot, for 7 to 10 minutes
On a damp cloth, turn the cake over and roll it as soon as it comes out of the oven. Wait 5 minutes (the time to choose the jam you want to put inside 😄)
Unroll your cake
Spread with jam (not too much on the edges so that it doesn’t run), roll up again
