Confiture et Compagnie was born from a simple desire: to offer artisanal fruit preparations that are genuine and indulgent, far from standardized and overly processed products. Founded by women passionate about taste and local terroir, the brand was built on a strong commitment: to respect the fruit, the seasons, and traditional craftsmanship, while daring to create surprising flavor combinations. .


For over six years, we have been creating recipes that make you want to put fruit back at the heart of every moment of the day: at breakfast, of course, but also at snack time, during aperitifs, or in savory dishes. This approach has earned us numerous accolades, including the title of World Jam Champion in 2022, as well as the trust of discerning partners such as La Grande Épicerie de Paris, Michelin-starred chefs, and prestigious hotels. .



Our Artisanal Production Process


All our fruit preparations are crafted artisanally in our workshop, in small batches. We have chosen to blend the fruits to achieve a smooth texture—easy to spread on toast, pancakes, or brioche, and also simple to incorporate into both sweet and savory recipes. .


We work with minimal processing, without additives or artificial flavors, favoring simple, transparent ingredients. Each recipe is carefully conceived, tested, and hand-adjusted: selecting the fruits, precise blending, and controlled cooking. This artisanal approach preserves the natural taste of the fruit and delivers balanced, indulgent preparations that are accessible to everyone. .

Our apple- and pear-based recipes are made from fruits sourced from regional partners, allowing us to be certified “Terroir Hauts-de-France.” This reflects a strong commitment to local sourcing and production rooted in its territory. .


LesThe spirits we use Calvados, rum, and whisky are all sourced from Château du Breuil, an iconic house renowned for the quality and authenticity of its spirits. .
