Ingrédients :
1 Rib steak
30 g butter
1 onion
25cl Red wine
Baby potato
Herbs
Salt
Pepper
1/2jar of cherry black garlic jam
Préparation :
Grill the meat for 3 minutes on each side in a very hot pan.
Add 30 g of butter, some herbs (thyme and rosemary), and let cook for another 4
minutes on each side. Baste the meat regularly with the juice
Place the meat in a dish, put the pan back on the heat, and deglaze the drippings with
25 cl of red wine.
Let simmer and add the previously sliced onions.
Add 2 tablespoons of flour, the black garlic cherry jam and let it reduce.
Place the sauce in a container.
Serve the sauce with the red meat and some new potatoes.
