250g of flour 152g of granulated sugar 100g of butter 1 pinch of salt 1 egg​

Pumpkin ginger lemon jam​

 

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Beat the egg with the granulated sugar and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Add the flour and mix with your fingertips. The dough takes on a sandy texture, then add the softened butter. Form a ball and let it rest for 1 hour in a cool place. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut out about twenty circles using a cookie cutter. Put jam on 10 circles and use a knife to make Halloween heads on the other 10. Assemble the circles with jam and the circles shaped like Halloween heads. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.​
