Ingrédients:
200g of flour
100g of butter
1/2 tsp of fine salt
1/2 glass of water
cherry tomato
cherry jam with black garlic
pepper
salt

Préparation:
- For the shortcrust pastry, mix the flour and the butter cut into pieces in a bowl, then crumble everything by hand (it's much better with your fingers). Gradually add the water until forming a soft ball. Let rest for 20 minutes.Roll out the dough on the work surface using a rolling pin.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and put them at the bottom of the individual tartlet molds.Cut circles in the dough to the size of the molds, add black garlic cherry jam, and flip the dough discs over the cherry tomatoes.Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C Unmold the tatins, add pepper, salt, and enjoy.
An appetizer so simple but so good accompanied by a small arugula salad
