Cherry tomato tart with jam

Cherry jam with black garlic

Ingrédients:

200g of flour
100g of butter​
1/2 tsp of fine salt
1/2 glass of water​

Préparation:

  1. For the shortcrust pastry, mix the flour and the butter cut into pieces in a bowl, then crumble everything by hand (it's much better with your fingers). Gradually add the water until forming a soft ball. Let rest for 20 minutes.​
    Roll out the dough on the work surface using a rolling pin.​
  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and put them at the bottom of the individual tartlet molds.​
    Cut circles in the dough to the size of the molds, add black garlic cherry jam, and flip the dough discs over the cherry tomatoes.​
    Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C Unmold the tatins, add pepper, salt, and enjoy.


An appetizer so simple but so good accompanied by a small arugula salad​
