Blueberry jam with timut pepper

​Ingrédients :


2 buckwheat pancakes 

120 g fresh cheese like Saint Môret 

1/2 blueberry jam jar with Timut pepper 

4 slices of salmon


​Préparation :


In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and the blueberry Timut pepper jam.​

Place a buckwheat pancake on a plate. Put a slice of salmon,​ 

spread with a spoonful of fresh cheese. 

Roll the pancake onto itself, tightly, to form a roll. Wrap in plastic wrap and​

Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.​ 

Remove the ends and cut 4 small rolls.​

Repeat the operation.​


Tasting tip:


Serve the buckwheat rolls well chilled, accompanied by a drizzle of lemon juice.​
