This recipe was born from a wonderful meeting with Clotilde Brown, artisan and producer of elderflower syrup in Thiérache, discovered thanks to the Collège Culinaire de France. Her expertise and the quality of her flowers immediately inspired this combination.​

A jam conceived as a nod to summer pickings.​
