Ingrédients:
1 puff pastry
2 white sausages
4 tbsp apple jam
pepper
Préparation:
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a pan, heat a knob of butter to brown the sausages for a few minutes. Cut them into slices.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut out discs using a cookie cutter. Place one half on a baking sheet previously lined with parchment paper.
Spread a spoonful of apple jam on the discs and place the sausage slices on top, season with pepper.
Cover with a puff pastry disc and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve piping hot accompanied by a salad.
