Panna cotta

A fresh dessert for the summer

As soon as the nice weather arrives, everyone wants a light and refreshing dessert! It's the perfect opportunity to try this wonderful fruit Panacotta recipe!​

Recipe:​

  1. In a saucepan, pour 400g of liquid cream, 400g of whole milk, 80g of sugar, one vanilla pod. Heat for about ten minutes​

  2. Soak 3 sheets of edible gelatin in a bowl of cold water​

  3. Remove the vanilla pod, scrape the seeds with the tip of a knife, put them into the mixture​

  4. Add the gelatin sheets, well squeezed, into the mixture, mix vigorously​

  5. Distribute this preparation into small glasses and put in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours​

  6. Spread the apple-strawberry jam over the contents of each verrine​
