Ingrédients :
120 g of butter
200 g of flour
1/2 packet of yeast
3 eggs
150 g of sugar
3 tablespoon of milk
Preparation:
Freeze the jam in molds or ice cube trays.
Melt the butter and let it cool.
Beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture turns pale. Add the milk, the flour sifted with the baking powder, and finally the melted butter.
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator and preheat the oven to 250°C.
Generously butter the wells of the madeleine pans. Pour the three-ingredient batter into them
quarters, put a piece of jam in the center. Then bake for 10 minutes.
Immediately lower the oven temperature to 200°C
