Ingrédients :
8 hot dog buns
8Strasbourg sausages
1 jar of apricot harissa jam smoked
200g of cheddar
1 pot of mustard
1 red onion
1 spring onion
Préparation :
Boil the sausages for about ten minutes or grill them on the grill.
Open the breads lengthwise, add the mustard sauce.
Put the sausage in the bread and add a drizzle of smoked apricot harissa jam.
Sprinkle with red onion and spring onions.
Place the hot dogs in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.
