Smoked harissa apricot jam

​Ingrédients :


8 hot dog buns

8Strasbourg sausages 

1 jar of apricot harissa jam smoked 

200g of cheddar 

1 pot of mustard 

1 red onion 

1 spring onion


​Préparation :


Boil the sausages for about ten minutes or grill them on the grill.​

Open the breads lengthwise, add the mustard sauce.​

Put the sausage in the bread and add a drizzle of smoked apricot harissa jam.​

Sprinkle with red onion and spring onions.​ 

Place the hot dogs in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.​


Tasting tip:


Serve hot accompanied by a salad.​
