Multigrain baguette
Fresh goat cheese

Préparation:
Grill the slices of bread in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C after adding a drizzle of olive oil.
In a bowl, put the fresh goat cheese, a teaspoon of olive oil, add salt and pepper to your liking. Mix everything with a fork until a creamy texture is obtained.
Spread the fig jam on the slices of bread, make quenelles of fresh goat cheese using two tablespoons and place them on the slices.
You can add crushed nuts, chopped oregano, or a sprig of chives.
