Goat cheese toast with fig jam

Ingrédient:

Multigrain baguette​
Fresh goat cheese​
Olive oil​
Fig jam​
salt​
pepper​


Préparation:

Grill the slices of bread in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C after adding a drizzle of olive oil.​
In a bowl, put the fresh goat cheese, a teaspoon of olive oil, add salt and pepper to your liking. Mix everything with a fork until a creamy texture is obtained.​ 
Spread the fig jam on the slices of bread, make quenelles of fresh goat cheese using two tablespoons and place them on the slices.​

You can add crushed nuts, chopped oregano, or a sprig of chives.​
