Cherry jam with black garlic

Ingrédients : 


1 Rib steak 

30 g butter 

1 onion 

25cl Red wine 

Baby potato​ 

Herbs​ 

Salt​ 

Pepper​ 

1/2jar of cherry black garlic jam


​Préparation : 


Grill the meat for 3 minutes on each side in a very hot pan.​

Add 30 g of butter, some herbs (thyme and rosemary), and let cook for another 4​ 

minutes on each side. Baste the meat regularly with the juice​ 

Place the meat in a dish, put the pan back on the heat, and deglaze the drippings with​ 

25 cl of red wine.​ 

Let simmer and add the previously sliced onions.​ 

Add 2 tablespoons of flour, the black garlic cherry jam and let it reduce.​

Place the sauce in a container.​

Serve the sauce with the red meat and some new potatoes.​
