Ingrédients:
200g of flour
100g of butter
1/2 tsp of fine salt
1/2 glass of water
3 apples
apple calvados jam
Préparation:
Mix the flour and the butter in pieces
in a mixing bowl. Crumble everything by hand and
add the water gradually while
mixing until forming a soft ball.
Let rest for 20 to 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough on the work surface using
of a rolling pin
Using a cookie cutter, make discs in the dough.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Add a teaspoon of apple calvados jam
on each disk and a few pieces of apple.
Close the slippers and brush them with
egg yolk.
Put in the oven on a baking sheet for 15 minutes.
