Calvados apple jam
Ingrédients:

200g of flour​
100g of butter​
1/2 tsp of fine salt​
1/2 glass of water​

3 apples
apple calvados jam​

Préparation:

Mix the flour and the butter in pieces​
in a mixing bowl. Crumble everything by hand and​
add the water gradually while​
mixing until forming a soft ball.​
Let rest for 20 to 30 minutes.​
Roll out the dough on the work surface using​
of a rolling pin​
Using a cookie cutter, make discs in the dough.​

Preheat the oven to 200°C.​
Add a teaspoon of apple calvados jam​
on each disk and a few pieces of apple.​
Close the slippers and brush them with​
egg yolk.​
Put in the oven on a baking sheet for 15 minutes.​
