Ingrédients:
1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
1 tsp of mustard
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of black garlic cherry jam
salt
pepper
300g of spinach sprouts
200g of cherry tomatoes
radish
bleu d'auvergne
Préparation:
Add in order the vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper, and create the emulsion using a whisk. Add the olive oil and the black garlic cherry jam.
Mix all the ingredients together and add 2 tablespoons of dressing.
