Méli Mélo Salad with its jam vinaigrette

Cherry jam with black garlic
Ingrédients:

1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar​
1 tsp of mustard​
2 tbsp of olive oil​
1 tbsp of black garlic cherry jam salt​
pepper​

300g of spinach sprouts​
200g of cherry tomatoes​
radish​
bleu d'auvergne



Préparation:

Add in order the vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper, and create the emulsion using a whisk. Add the olive oil and the black garlic cherry jam.​

Mix all the ingredients together and add 2 tablespoons of dressing.​
